TC    14. 3.1865 		Charged with theft. Steals a goat, sentenced to two months 
				imprisonment with hard labout.


TC   23.5.1869 			Court, The Queen v. Carewickham - disobeying a summons. 
				Defendant on appearing was discharged.

               			Cogswell v. Carewickham - Plaintiff applied to have 
				Defendant bound over to keep the peace, for an unlawful                
				assault. Defendant was bound over for three months on his  
				own recognisance of L10.

TC    20. 2.1886 		A lad rescues a drowning boy at Waanyarra.

TC    16. 4.1887 		James Carwickham v Truant Officer for neglecting to sent his 
				son James to School. At Llanelly.

TC    29.10.1887 		John Carwickham charged with removing timber from Crown Lands. Fined.

TC     7. 7.1888 		Carwickham badly hurt in accident on the new railway line. 
				He is 39 years old, has a wife and 6 children at
                  		Inglewood.

TC    27. 7.1889 		James Carwickham in Court for assault.

Dunolly Progress 24.10.1895   	W Carwickham charged with wife desertion.                
				No appearance of plaintiff, case dismissed.

TC    18. 2.1899 		William Carwickham 27 years, charged with criminal assault 
				of a 15 year old girl.

TC    18. 3.1899 		William Carwickham found not guilty of rape, guilty of 
				indecent assault. Six times imprisoned for larceny, 
				once  for assault, once for resisting arrest. Remanded for sentence.
