on 2012-Jul-15 12:21:03 Phil Spencer (PhilSpe) said Alec McDonell was Director of Education and when his appointment was announced in the Herald, he was described as a boyish 59. Well he was married in Tarnagulla to Jean Alexander & friends with John Duggan and others who lived to 100, so 59 WAS just a boy, wasnt it?
